UPPER THREADING
A.Put a thread spool and spool cap on to the spool pin.
• For a small thread spool
• For a large thread spool

Leave a space of 2mm between the thread spool and
spool cap.
B.Press the needle up and down button and raise the
needle to its highest position.

Instead of pressing the needle up and down button,
you can turn the handwheel to raise the needle to its
highest position.
C. • Switch the machine OFF.
• Raise the presser foot lifter.
Note : To thread the tension plate, ALWAYS raise the
presser foot lifter.
D.Hold the thread with one hand, press the thread with
the other hand and thread the thread guide.
Thread the machine following its single thread path.
E.Pass the thread through the needle thread guide.
F.Thread the needle eye from the front to back,leaving
about 6"(15cm) of thread.

Needle threading is easier using the needle threader
(See page 33).
Enhebrar el hilo superior
A.Coloque una bobina de hilo y el tope de bobina en el
eje portabobina.
• Para una bobina pequena
• Para una bobina grande

Deje un espacio de 2 mm entre la bobina y el tope.
B.Pulse el botón para subir y bajar la aguja y suba la
aguja hasta el tope.
❈
En lugar de utilizar este botón, también puede girar
el volante para subir la aguja.
C. • Apague la máquina.
• Suba la palanca del prensatelas.
Nota:
Para enhebrar la placa de tensión, suba
SIEMPRE la palanca del prensatelas.
D.Sujete el cabo del hilo con una mano, ejerza una
presión en el hilo con la otra, y empiece a enhebrar.
Enhebre siguiendo el recorrido indicado.
E.Pase el hilo por el guiahílos de la aguja.
F. Pase el cabo del hilo por el ojo de la aguja, de
adelante hacia atrás, y deje unos 15 cm de hilo
suelto.

Resulta más fácil enhebrar la aguja con el
enhebrador (consulte la página 33).
Cheminement du fil supérieur
A.Placez une bobine de fil et le couvercle de la bobine
sur le porte-bobine.
• Pour une petite bobine de fil
• Pour une grande bobine de fil

Laissez un espace de 2 mm entre la bobine de fil et
le couvercle de la bobine.
B.Relevez l'aiguille au maximum en appuyant sur la
touche pour relever et abaisser l'aiguille.

Au lieu d'utiliser cette touche, vous pouvez aussi
relever l'aiguille en tournant le volant.
C. • Eteignez la machine à coudre.
• Relevez le levier du pied-de-biche.
Remarque:
Pour passer le fil dans la plaque de tension,
il faut TOUJOURS relever le levier du pied-de-biche.
D.Prenez le fil dans une main et appuyez sur le fil avec
l'autre main, puis passez le fil dans le guide.
Acheminez le fil en suivant le parcours pour fil simple.
E.Passez le fil par le guide-fil de l'aiguille.
F. Enfilez l'aiguille d'avant en arrière, en laissant
environ 15cm de fil.

L'aiguille s'enfile plus facilement avec l'enfile-aiguille
(reportez-vous à la page 33).
