safety connectors must be used to prevent
damage to the connections between the hos-
es and between the hose and the tool. Do not
exceed the maximum air pressure specifi ed
for the tool. Never carry the tool holding it by
the hose.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Make sure that the compressed air source
generates the correct working pressure and
provides the required airfl ow. If the supply air
pressure is too high, a pressure reducer with
a safety valve must be used. The pneumatic
tool must be fed through the fi lter and lubri-
cator system. This will ensure that the air is
both clean and moistened with oil. Check the
condition of the fi lter and lubricator before
each use and clean the fi lter if necessary
or make up for oil shortage in the lubricator.
This will ensure the correct operation of the
tool and extend its service life.
Do not use cutting accessories for grinding.
Do not use accessories other than those indi-
cated in the technical specifi cation.
If the attachment is used which can be used
secure the sanding paper, the sanding paper
should be secured so that the attachment
does not come into contact with the ground
surface. Otherwise, both the surface and the
attachment may be damaged.
Protective glasses, gloves and clothing
should be worn during work.
Some materials may produce poisonous or
combustible dusts and vapours during ma-
chining. Work in well-ventilated areas and
use personal protective equipment.
TOOL USE
Before each use of the tool, make sure that no
parts of the pneumatic system are damaged.
If you notice damage, immediately replace the
components with new, undamaged ones.
Dry the condensed moisture inside the tool,
compressor and hose before each use of the
pneumatic system.
Connecting the tool to the pneumatic system
The fi gure shows the recommended manner
of connecting the tool to the pneumatic sys-
tem. This will ensure the most effi cient use of
the tool and also prolong the tool’s service life.
Apply a few drops of SAE 10 viscous oil into
the air inlet.
Screw a suitable nozzle to the air inlet thread fi rm-
ly and securely to connect the air supply hose. (II)
Secure a suitable nozzle to the tool driver.
Only use accessories which are suitable
for use with impact tools when working
with pneumatic tools.
Wherever possible, adjust the pressure
(torque). Turning the regulator clockwise
reduces the pressure. Turning the regulator
counter-clockwise increases the pressure.
Connect the tool to the pneumatic system
using a hose with an internal diameter of 10
mm / 3/8”. Make sure the hose has a durabil-
ity of at least 1.38 MPa. (III)
Run the tool for a few seconds, making sure
that there are no suspicious sounds or vibra-
tions coming from it.
Equipment
fi
xing and replacing
Caution! Make sure that the tool has been
disconnected from the pneumatic system be-
fore installing the equipment.
Use a wrench to unscrew the fi xing screw
and remove the washer (II). Install the insert-
ed tool for the selected type of work. Mount
the inserted tool on the spindle holder in such
a manner that the work is as easy and safe
as possible.
Caution! It is forbidden to fi x the inserted tool
(blade) in such a manner that its working part
points towards the tool operator.
Make sure that the openings in the inserted
tool coincide with the spindle holder pins (III).
Caution! It is forbidden to fi x the inserted tool
in such a manner that it is fi xed with less than
two pins.
Caution! It is recommended to install the in-
serted tools with closed fi xing. Using inserted
tools with open fi xing is permitted.
Install the washer and tighten the fi xing
screw (IV) fi rmly and securely.
Grinding sheet replacement
When selecting a grinding attachment as
the inserted tool, a grinding sheet must be
installed on it before starting work. The at-
tachment is equipped with a Velcro fastener
to which the abrasive sheet must be attached
in such a way that the edges of the sheet
coincide with the edges of the attachment.
Use abrasive sheets with openings for at-
tachments with openings for dust extraction.
When fi xing the sheet to the attachment,
make sure that the openings in the sheet co-
incide with the openings in the attachment.
Dust extraction
The tool is not equipped with an integrated
dust extraction system. If external dust ex-
