4.3  Installing the Battery to the CPU Module 

The controller module is shipped from a plant with a battery  attached instead of being 
built in. Attach the battery before using it. 
See “8.5 Replacing the battery” for the installing procedure. 

 

CAUTION

 

 

Mount the battery before using the equipment. 

Running without battery causes losing data such 
as time and RAS logs.   

Replace the battery according to the guidance of the 
battery replacement period.
