CPU module checking procedure
Control and etc. program check
If the program is running but the sequence does not work as expected, check the
following items:
Is it output to the same coil or register at two or more locations during a scan, and is
the coil command and function command device overlapped?
Check if you are trying to input a signal that changes faster than the scan cycle.
Is the same timer register or counter register used in multiple timer instructions or
counter instructions?
If the interrupt
s are used, are devices / registers that affect the operation of the main
program being manipulated in the interrupt routine?
Is “ERR” LED blinking or on?
Is CPU module's mode switch
placed in RUN?
Is “RUN

1 and -2 are kept on when power is turned on,
memory is cleared. Before clearing memory,
check that the master program is backed up
with media.
