1) Remove the front panel, electrical part and
the horizontal louver following procedure

2) Remove the pipe holder at the rear side of
main unit.
3) Remove the 2 screws on the heat exchanger
at the base bearing.
4) Remove the screw on the heat exchanger
at the fixed plate from the back body and then
pull out the right hand side until the socket of
heat exchanger released from the hook of the

2) Remove the 2 screws on the band motor (L)
and remove the 2 screws on the band motor
(R) and then remove the cross flow fan.
3) Loosen the set screw of the cross flow fan
then separate the fan and the fan motor.
Notice
To assemble cross flow fan and fan motor to the
unit, please turn the fan motor unit the center of
its terminal meets the top position of band motor
(R).
Fix the cross flow fan with the set screw at the
position where the gap between the back body
and the right surface of the cross flow fan is
4.7 mm.

horizontal louver, heat exchanger and the
cross flow fan following procedure

2) Remove the 2 screws fixing the base bearing.
3) Remove the bearing from the base bearing. If
the housing protrudes from the base bearing,
put the housing in position and attach the
bearing to the base bearing.
