Installing the battery latch assembly 

The following describes the procedure for installing the battery latch assembly (See Figure 4-
18 and 4-19).

Assemble the 

spring

 and 

battery latch slider

 to the 

battery latch base

 while 

hooking the 

tab

.  

2.

 

Install the 

battery lock

 to the battery latch assembly. 

3.

 

Install the battery latch assembly

 

to the bottom cover assembly and secure it with the 

following 

screws
