SETUP Options 

The SETUP screen is divided into 14 functionally related groups. This section describes each 
group and its options. 

1.

 

Memory 

This group of options displays the computer’s memory. 

This field displays the total amount of memory installed and is automatically 
calculated by the computer. You cannot change this value. 

2.

 

System Date/Time 

Sets the date and time.  

System Date

 

  Sets

System Time

 

  Sets 

time. 

3.

 

Password 

          (a) User Password 

This option allows you to set or reset the user password for power on. 

Registered  

A password has been registered. 

 

Not Registered

  Change or remove the password. (Default)

Supervisor Password 

This setting, which is displayed on the first page of the setup screen, allows you 
to register a Supervisor Password of the computer. 

Registered  

Supervisor Password has been registered. 

 

Not Registered

  Supervisor Password has not been registered (Default). 

For details on setting the password, refer to the Online Manual.

HDD Password 

This option sets HDD password. HDD password is a security function to protect the 
built-in HDD.
