2.2 Troubleshooting Flowchart

Use the flowchart in figure 2-1 as a guide to determine which troubleshooting procedures to
execute. Before going through the flowchart steps, do the following:

Verify with the customer that Toshiba Windows 95 is installed on the hard disk. Non-
Toshiba operating systems can cause the computer to malfunction.

Make sure all optional equipment is removed from the computer.

Make sure the floppy disk drive is empty.
