Adding IEC-103 device:
Select the IFU device, right-click and select [Add IEC103]
Input the device name to add. (Any name is OK because the data is overwritten when
importing.)
After input, the Logical device LLN0 and LPHD1 is automatically created as follows.
Importing default data:
Select the device to import, right-click and select the [Import Logical Device].
