Confirm the Port Controller icon is in the taskbar tray.

Right-click the Port Controller Icon to show the menu
and select the PC-Fax Reception Notification.
• Popup Display
• Icon Display
• No Notice
When a fax is received on the machine, it will proceed as follows:

A receiving notice appears on the connected PC.
Click the
button.
or
The Port Controller icon is changed.
Double click the icon.

The Receive Log appears.
Select a transaction from the log then click the
icon to view the received fax.

The received fax is displayed on the PC.
