The date and time that appear in the display are printed at the top of each page you
transmit. Set the date and time by pressing the keys on the operation panel as shown
below. To correct a mistake, press the STOP key to move the cursor back to the
mistake, and then enter the correct number.
Note: The unit supports millennial dates (those from the year 2000 on). To program
such a date, enter the last two digits; for example, the year 2000 is programmed
by entering “00”.
Use the following procedure to set the date and time:

Enter the last two digits of the year.
“ENTER MONTH” will appear in the

Enter the month (2 digits: “01” for
January, “02” for February, “12” for
December, etc.). “ENTER DATE” will
appear in the display.
(example: July)

Enter the day of the month (“01” to
“31”). “PRESS ENTER KEY” will
appear in the display.
(example: the fifth)

“ENTER TIME” will appear in the
display.

Enter the hour (2 digits: “01” to “12”).

Enter the minute (2 digits: “00” to “59”).

Press “ ” to select A.M., or “#” to
select P.M. “PRESS ENTER KEY” will
appear in the display.

The clock starts when you press this
button. “STORED” will appear in the
display.

Press the STOP key twice to exit.
