8. Remove the 4 (3/8 inch) shoulder bolts (1 per deck corner) securing the deck
lift chains to the deck lift assembly.
9. Place the deck lift into the transport position.
10. Slide the deck out the RH side of the machine.
Mower Deck Installation
1. Place the deck lift into the transport position.
2. Slide the deck under the machine through the RH side.
3. Place the deck on the same blocks that were used in the removal section.

4. Place the deck lift at the lowest height-of-cut position.
5. Install the 4 (3/8 inch) shoulder bolts (1 per deck corner) securing the deck
lift chains to the deck lift assembly.
6. Install the 2 (3/8 inch) lock nuts and carriage bolts securing the deck strut
to the frame.
