5.4 Split Spot View Operation
The Split Spot View function displays the measurement image by splitting it in a reticular
pattern.
The area split in a reticular pattern is handled as the measurement spot. For the Split
Spot View measurement data, calculate the measurement value on the average within the
split area.
The following operations are performed according to the same steps. Refer to the respective
chapters shown below.
