• The settings can be read-only (marked by the
icon) or
changeable (marked by the icon). Clicking on the
corresponding line in the Value column opens a field to enter or
select from the drop-down list a needed value (see Figure 3-10).

• Baud Rate, baud
- specifies the baud rate of the modem's serial
port connected internally with the receiver's serial port, by default
with hardware flow control. It can be 19200, or
38400
(default).

Current Frequency, MHz
- sets the operating frequency used for
data transmission / reception (from the list defined by the user).

Signal Threshold, dBm
- sets the modem sensitivity (default -
112
dBm). Possible values -

Output Power, mW
- sets the appropriate level of output power.
Possible values: 100, 200, 500

and
1000
mW (default).

FCS
- sets to
OFF
for configuring the radio-modem with a
dedicated channel. Select
Master
for the Base, and
Slave
for the
Rover.
