Safety
SERVICE PLATFORM
•
Mount and dismount the sprayer only
where steps and/or handholds are
provided.
•
Face the sprayer when mounting and
dismounting.
•
Do not allow riders on sprayer.
•
Inspect, and when necessary, clean
and have repairs made to steps and
handholds before mounting and
dismounting.
•
Maintain a three-point contact (two
feet and one hand or one foot and two
hands) with the steps and the
handholds.
•
Never get on or off a moving sprayer.
•
Never jump off the sprayer.
•
Do not try to climb on or off the
sprayer when carrying tools or
supplies.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
•
The electrical system of this sprayer
is designed to operate on 12 volt DC
power only.
•
Never operate the sprayer with a
damaged electrical cord. Disconnect
electrical power if a cord is damaged.
•
Always disconnect power before
attempting any electrical repair.
•
Disassembly or attempted repairs, if
accomplished incorrectly, can create
electrical shock and/or short hazards.
Only qualified personnel should
perform repair service.
•
Never attempt to bypass fuses. Do
not replace original fuses with higher
amperage fuses. If a fuse repeatedly
fails, a short hazard may exist.
CLEAN WATER TANK
•
A clean water tank is provided as
standard equipment. It is equipped
with a spigot for general washing, and
a hose for emergency eye washing.
•
Always keep clean water in tank.
•
For emergency eyewash, pull hose off
of the top fitting and flush affected
area.
