Water leak check
1.
Connect the suction hose to the suction port,
put the other end of the hose in the water
source (Put the end of the hose into the
water more than 30cm deep from the water
surface).
2.
Start the engine, and pull
the priming knob
to
run the vacuum pump.
After sucking up water,
close the discharge valves.
3.
Operate the throttle dial to raise the pump
pressure almost to 10 bar, and then check
for water leaks from each part of the pump.
If the water leak is found, isolate the cause by referring to
“Chapter 16
TR
OUBLESHOOTING”. Then, take an appropriate action and check the
leak again.
