1. Preheat the Wok to 400ºF (200ºC).
2. Add 1 tbsp. (15 ml) vegetable oil.
3. Add the vegetables to the Wok and stir with the Spatula. NOTE: Start
with the items that take the longest cooking time first, then add the others.
4. Once the vegetables have been cooking for the required amount of stir-fry
time, add the broth or water, (if required in the chart below) cover and
continue cooking.
5. Use the chart below as a guide. Differences in personal taste might
require that you cook for a shorter or longer period of time.
