stated otherwise. When the Indicator Light goes out, the Wok is preheated
to the correct temperature and ready for use. The indicator light will
continue to blink on and off as the Wok maintains the correct temperature.
4. When food is done turn the temperature dial to ‘Off’ or to "WARM/SIMMER"
to keep food warm.
5. Unplug cord from wall outlet. Let Wok cool completely before removing

DO NOT ALLOW PROBE TO REMAIN PLUGGED
INTO WALL OUTLET WITHOUT WOK ATTACHED AS THIS CREATES

COOKING TIME CHARTS
The Chinese way of preparing food is both economical and very healthy.
These two facts have resulted in the popularity of Wok and Stir-fry cooking in
the Western World. Please use the following time charts and recipes as an
introduction to this type of cooking.
STIR FRY
Stir-frying is the cooking and stirring of foods in a small amount of vegetable
oil over high heat. Vegetables remain crisp and meats come out tender, with
the flavour and juices sealed in. It is essential to have everything ready before
you begin cooking, including seasonings and sauce mixtures, if required. Cut
vegetables and meat in uniform slices and keep each ingredient separate.
