Maintaining the riveting tool
• Screw socket head screw (7) with O-Ring (8) into hydraulic housing and
tighten with internal hex key SW4 (see page 26 “Table for torque
values”).
• Screw crank (16) out.
• Screw socket head screw (7) with O-Ring (8) into the device floor and
tighten with internal hex key SW4 (see page 26 “Table for torque
values”).
• Rub the riveting tool dry.
• Loosen the fixed riveting tool.
• Mount tension head (see pages 17 - 20 “Mount Tension head”).
• Reconnect the compressed air supply.
• Carry out a work cycle without blind rivet/ locking ring bolt.
