煮饭后或者保温时，水蒸气有时会积存在上框，这并非故障。如上框凝聚了

太多水蒸气，请用干布擦拭干净。

内盖是否变脏？

如内盖变脏，可能会导致水蒸气增加。

请用洗涤剂仔细清洗内盖。

有无选择“Eco”？

选择“Eco”煮饭时，可能会凝聚较多水蒸气。

如希望减少水蒸气，请选择“Plain/White”煮饭。

按下按键后没有反应

电源插头是否插入插座中。

请将电源插头切实插入插座。

请按下［Cancel］键取消保温之后再

行操作。

电源插头处有火星溅出

插拔电源插头时有小火星溅出是 IH 方式固有的现象，并非故障。

产生塑胶等异味

刚开始使用时有时会产生塑胶等异味，之后会慢慢消失。如需清除异味，请

参照「异味去除方法（本体有异味时）」进行清洁。

塑料部位有线状或波纹状现象

这是塑胶成型时产生的痕迹，并不妨碍产品使用品质。

这是因沸腾导致的现象，并非故障。

，有可能导致吸气孔

和排气孔堵塞、温度上升、按下按键后没有反应。此时，请按以下步骤

处理。

（1）拔下电源插头

（2）将电饭煲移动到室温较低的场所，以免吸气孔和排气孔堵塞

（3）再次将电源插头插入插座中，进行按键操作。

如果还是没有反应，表明本体有异常。请在拔下电源插头后，委托购买

本产品的销售店进行修理。
