Adjusting the Angle or Depth

If your high mount flip-up footrest is angle or depth adjustable, you can adjust the angle or depth by using the tools and

following the procedures for adjusting the angle or depth of a flip-up footrest as set forth under “Flip-Up Footrest; Angle

Adjustable Flip-Up Footrests; Depth Adjustable Flip-Up Footrests; and Depth and Angle Adjustable Flip-Up Footrests” on

pages 3-1 to 3-3.

90º Hanger Flip-Up Footrests; 90º Hanger Depth Adjustable Flip-Up Footrests

Adjusting the Height/Replacing

Tools Needed:

• 5/32” Allen Wrench

• 7/16” Open End Wrench

• Ruler

1. Remove the Allen screw that secures the bracket to the hanger. See Figures 3-9 or 3-10. Make sure to note the order

in which you remove the various washers and nuts when removing the Allen screw.

2. Reposition the bracket to the desired height (not less than 2” of ground clearance), lining up the hole in the bracket with

a hole in the hanger.

3. Reinsert the Allen screw through the various washers, the bracket, the hanger and the locknut. Securely tighten.

Tools Needed:

• 5/32” Allen Wrench

• 7/16” Open End Wrench

1. Remove the two Allen screws and locknuts that secure

the footplate to the bracket. See Figure 3-9 or 3-10.

2. Reposition the footplate to the desired depth.

3. Reinsert and securely tighten the two Allen screws and

locknuts.
