Malfunctions
The Table below lists the problems which could occur during the machine's working life. The
possible cause of each problem is indicated along with the relative action required to resolve the
situation.
Do not perform any actions which are reserved for authorised service personnel.

THE PLATFORM LIFT MAY BE
USED
The Platform Lift does not respond to
commands
Check that the load does not exceed its maximum
limit

Check that all floor doors are closed
Lack of power supply. Check that the switch
located on the electrical panel’s door is turned ON
The emergency stop button located inside the
cabin has been pressed. Unlock it by turning it
clockwise to make it return to its normal position
If the problem persists request technical
assistance
Floor signal not functioning
request technical assistance

The platform lift does not respond to
commands from the floor.
Check and verify that the platform lift is stopped at
a floor. If it is not, an educated person can have
the platform descend to the next lower floor and
try again.

Cabin light not functioning

Incorrect floor levelling (the Platform
Lift stops and is not aligned with the
floor)
Turn the switch located on the electrical panel’s
door to the OFF position and request technical
assistance

active. Request assistance if necessary.

When the user interrupts the machine’s function (in the above mentioned ways), he/she is obliged
to affix notices regarding the machine's status near every access.
