5.4 Measurement Query
Measurement Range MR:
Query measurement range of the gauge, e.g. 2x10 -3 … 5x10 -9 mbar for VSI
Measurement Value MV:
Query current pressure measurement.
5.5 Display Functions
Display Unit DU:
Query and set the pressure unit used for the LCD display of the Transducer.
Value range: mbar (default), Torr, hPa
Display Orientation DO:
Query and set display orientation, i.e. the display can be rotated by 180°.
Value range: 0 (default), 1 (rotated 180°)
