Functional description
This section describes the functions of the TT-3022D Fishery Cap-
sat transceiver.
2.4.1
On/Off features
The TT-3022D Transceiver/GPS is powered from a DC source (10-
32V). The system is switched ON by the ON/OFF switch S1 placed
on the rear panel of the TT-3022D Transceiver, and the remote
on/off wire (white) in the DC input cable. An internal Timer can
be used to control the transceiver in a sleep mode configuration
for lower power consumption. The Timer, which is powered from
a lithium battery, will then turn the transceiver on again after a
programmed period of time. The priority of these functions are
defined in Table 4.

Sleep mode
The TT-3022D Transceiver have a sleep mode timer. This sleep
mode timer can be used to reduce the power consumption in
Fleet Tracking Position reporting and SCADA applications.
