Clears all event registers (ESR, DEE1...DEE8) and
the error queue. Due to the cleared event registers,
also DESR is 0, bit 0 (FIN) of the STB is set.
*ESE <NR1>
Sets the value for the standard event status enable
register
(ESE)

Queries the current value of the standard event
status enable register (ESE). The content of the
register is not changed.

Queries the current value of the standard event
status register (ESR) and clears it the same time.
