The
SOURce{[1]|2}
subsystem controls the TEC source part of the instrument.
Note
These commands are valid for TED4000 and ITC4000 Series instruments only. For TED4000
Series instruments the command suffix is 1 (can be omitted), for ITC4000 Series instruments
the suffix is 2.
