  Description  

The 

OUTPut[1]:PROTection:VOLTage:TRIPped?

 query command  returns  1  if  the  LD  output

protection voltage was reached.
The  

OUTPut[1]:PROTection:EXTernal:TRIPped?

 query  command  returns  1  if  the  LD-

ENABLE input has a TTL low level.
The  

OUTPut[1]:PROTection:INTernal:TRIPped?

 query  command  returns  1  if  the

temperature  window  protection  is  currently  active.  This  command  is  valid  for  ITC4000

instruments only.
The  

OUTPut[1]:PROTection:INTLock:TRIPped?

 query  command  returns  1  if  the  interlock

circuit is open. 
The 

OUTPut[1]:PROTection:KEYLock:TRIPped?

 query command returns 1 if the front panel

key switch is in the lock position. 
The

 query  command  returns  1  if  the  instrument's

internal temperature is too high.
