SYSTem
:BEEPer
[:IMMediate]
Issues an audible signal
:STATE {ON|1|OFF|0}
Activates/deactivates the beeper
:STATe?
Returns the state of the beeper
:ERRor
[:NEXT]?
Returns the latest <error code>, "Message"
:LFRequency {50|60|AUTO}
Sets the line frequency to fixed 50/60Hz or auto
detect
:ACTual?
Returns the used line frequency
:LFRequency?
Returns the line frequency setting
:VERSion?
Returns the level of SCPI standard (1999.0)
3.2.1 Beeper
Syntax
SYSTem:BEEPer[:IMMediate]
SYSTem:BEEPer:STATe {ON|1|OFF|0}
SYSTem:BEEPer:STATe?
Description
The
SYSTem:BEEPer[:IMMediate]
issues an audible signal.
The
SYSTem:BEEPer:STATe
command activates or deactivates the beeper.
Example
SYST:BEEP
The instrument will issue an audible signal.
SYST:BEEP:STAT?
Queries the state of the beeper activation.

Response for beeper activated. The response is ASCII

if the beeper is activated or an

if the beeper is deactivated.

Syntax
SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]?
Description
The
SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]?
command queries the instrument's error queue. This is a query-
only command. For a detailed list of possible error codes see chapter SCPI Error Messages .
