Safely Removing your USB Storage Device

Introduction

If you just remove your USB storage device from the Thomson Gateway you may loose some data. To avoid
this you must first unmount your USB storage device.

Unmounting your USB storage device

Proceed as follows

Browse to the

Thomson Gateway Web Interface

On the

Toolbox

menu, click

Content Sharing

In the

Location bar

, click

Configure

Click

Unmount

Remove your USB storage device from the Thomson Gateway.
