You can request a reminder or reset your PIN, as follows:
To get a PIN reminder through Sky Guide
:
Press
interactive
on your remote control. Select the
Customer Support
tab then
PIN Reminder
and follow the on-screen instructions.
To reset your PIN on
sky.com
:
Go to sky.com/customers and click
Manage My Account
. Follow the
instructions to log in or register. Click
Reset Viewing Card PIN number
and follow the on-screen instructions.
Follow the instructions on-screen to upgrade your subscription.
