9. Maintenance
Rubber Print Platen
Clean often by wiping with a soft, clean rag. Replace the pad when it becomes worn. To re-
place pad, slide old pad assembly out of the lower platen, and install a new assembly.
Compressed Air Supply
Maintain a filtered air supply. Check air filter daily. Drain by pushing up on button at bottom
of filter bowl.
General
Keep inside of machine free of foreign material, including lint.
Teflon/Fiberglass Shield (Used for Heat Sealing)
Clean often by wiping with a soft, clean rag. A non-flammable cleaner such as “EZ-Off”, part
no. DH-6873, may be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Never use a flammable solvent or abrasive cleaner on this surface.
