Cooling Water
For operation of the iCAP RQ instruments, cooling of some
components, like the interface and the RF generator, is required.
The water used for the coolant set up should be free of suspended matter
to avoid clogging of the cooling circuit. An in-line filter is supplied with
the instrument to guarantee consistent water quality. See
the cooling water specifications.
The water temperature should be in the range specified in
