Adjusting the Emitter Tip Position

Before installing the EASY-Spray column, use the emitter positioning tool (

3 mm hex key to adjust the position of the column holder.

shows the emitter positioning tool touching the MS ion transfer tube (0 mm gap).

The length of the tool’s tip ensures the 3 mm gap for the EASY-Spray column’s emitter.
