Example of configuration with a dedicated mail server on the local
network

Let's formulate the task as follows:
We need to configure SMTP on switch SW2 (PSW-2G) with IP 192.168.0.1 to
send messages about the link change on the ports of PSW-2G switch to operator's
computer 192.168.0.3.
Since the SMTP protocol does not involve storing messages and issuing them to
the mail client, we need to include a mail server (192.168.0.2) into the network.
