Q&A
Q.1 The plug has been inserted into the socket, but the machine can not be started.
A.1 You may not push down and hold both the two safety switches at the same time.
Q.2 The locked button has been unlocked, and the two safety switches are pushed down and held at the same time, but
the machine can not be started.
A.2 Please check the following:
b. The plug may not be inserted into the power socket.
c. The lengthening cable s rated current may be too small.
d. The revolving part may be blocked by deposited snow blocks or foreign articles, or the machine may encounter a
mechanical malfunction.
Q.3 What reasons contribute to a too small snow blowing capacity?
A.3 Please check the following:
e. The power voltage may be not in accordance with this machine s specifications.
f. The lengthening cable s rated current may be too small.
g. The snow blowing rubber plates may be worn seriously, or the set screws become loose.
h. The snow blowing rubber plates may be installed upside down.
i. The roll shaft may be blocked by the deposited snow blocks or foreign articles.
Q.4 I hear some abnormal noises from the machine, what s the reason?
A.4 Please check the following:
j. The revolving part may be blocked by deposited snow blocks or foreign articles.
k. The fixing bolts on the snow blowing rubber plates may become loose.
l. The conveyor may fall down or break, or the engine becomes faulty.
Q.5 Why does the machine stop operation suddenly.
A.5 Please check the following:
m. The plug may be dragged out of the socket suddenly.
n. The conveyor may break, or the engine becomes faulty.
Q.6 I can t set the snow exit angle, Why?
A.6 You may not have properly pushed the angle control lever in the slot.
Resolution and Remedy
a) Push down and hold the inner side dual safety switch, and push and hold the switch on the other side at the same
time.
b) Insert the cable plug into the power socket properly.
c) Replace another lengthening cable with a higher rated current.
d) Disconnect the power cable, check and clean the roll shaft. If you find any damages or defects, please contact your
original distributor for repairing.
e) Please make sure the voltage you are using is identical to the machine s rated voltage as shown in the specifications
table.
f) Replace another lengthening cable with a higher rated current.
g) If any rubber plate is worn, please replace it with a new rubber plate. If the set screws are loose, please tighten the
screws.
h) Re-assemble the snow blowing rubber plates, make sure that the upper side and down side of the plates are installed
correctly.
i) Disconnect the power cable, check and clean the roll shaft.
j) Disconnect the power cable, check the roll shaft.
k) If the fixing bolts are loose, tighten the bolts.
l) Contact your original distributor for repairing.
m) Insert the cable plug into the power socket properly.
n) Contact your original distributor for repairing.
o) Push the snow exit angle control lever into the slot properly, and fix the angle.

your machine repaired by authorized professional technicians.
Your machine s blowing capacity may vary slightly due to different natures of snow and other operations.
