6.2.2 Emergency stop
In the event of malfunctioning of any component,
press the emergency stop button (Pos. 1, Fig. 6.3)
to deactivate all of the machine’s electrical functions.
To resume operation of the machine when the cause
of the problem has been eliminated, turn the
emergency push button (Pos. 1, Fig. 6.3)
anticlockwise and release it and press reset F11
(Fig. 6.2) on the interface panel.
To stop the machine when operating automatically,
proceed as follows:

Press the end of production button F4 (Fig.
6.2). All memorised operating stations will
automatically stop in order.
To stop the machine when operating manually:
-
Deactivate the stations by pushing the individual
buttons on the operator interface panel.
The procedures for cleaning and washing are
described in CHAPTER 7 – CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE.
