A. Warming up and keeping a set temperature

on the Control Panel; the temperature of
60 °C
will appear on the display. Set the required temperature of the
food to 70, 80, 90 or 100 °C by repeatedly pressing
“Heating”
. The soup maker will warm up the food and will maintain the set
temperature for a period of 60 minutes while stirring it intermittently, then the program will end automatically.
B. Warming up to a serving temperature

on the control panel; the temperature of

will appear on the display.
The soup maker will warm up the food and maintain and blend it at the serving temperature for 6 hours, then the programme
will end automatically.
Notice:
Do not use the
“Heating”
programme for clear soups to avoid blending of the food in the stock/broth. To warm up food
thickened with flour, starch, bread crumbs, bread etc. to a serving temperature (55 °C), always use only programme B. Warming up
to a serving temperature (55 °C).
Checking food with a programme running
To check food while a program is running, remove the lid from the glass jar, set the lid back after the check within 50 seconds and
press
“Start/Stop”
; the interrupted programme will be automatically restored and will complete the cooking process.

Using the appliance without programmes (manual operation)
To prepare other vegetable and fruit drinks and food, use the appliance without programmes, operating it manually.
Manually set blending time and speed
Place liquids and cut food into the glass jar up to the 1,750 ml mark. Press
“Start/Stop”
on the Control Panel; the time

Pulse blending function

To prepare drinks and food with a high content of solid parts and thick food such as root vegetables, pumpkins, nuts, yogurt, ice
cream, etc., use the pulse function with gradually added foods. Place liquids and cut food into the jar up to the 1,000 ml mark.
Press and hold
“Pulse”
on the control panel; the soup maker will begin blending. Repeatedly press and release
“Pulse”
until the
mixture is blended to the desired consistency.
