Cooked apple purée
Ingredients:
450 g peeled and cored apples, 150 ml water, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Useful hint:
Place the purée prepared in the soup maker into preserving jars TESCOMA while still hot, leave to cool down and store
in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
Tomato purée
Ingredients:
500 g scalded peeled tomatoes, 50 ml water, 1 small apple, 1 small onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, salt and
pepper to taste, a few leaves of fresh basil or oregano
Useful hint:
Tomato purée made in the soup maker is excellent for pizza, pasta, etc.

Smoothie with forest fruit
Ingredients:
150 g mixture of raspberries, blackberries and cherries, 150 g blueberries, 1 kiwi, 550 ml water

Ingredients:
700 g mango, 300 g white yogurt, 400 ml milk, drop of vanilla extract, pinch of salt
