14 COOKING METHODS
It should be noted that the cooker during cooking
operations on the plate or in the oven, inevitably
also causes the ambient temperature to rise.
COOKING ON THE PLATE
The temperature of the cast iron cooking plate can
be set at diff erent temperatures using the power
keys on the display. At power 1, about 160 ° C is
exceeded on the left of the plate, reaching about
400 ° - 450 ° C at power 5 if EN plus A1 certifi ed
pellets are used. It is possible to disable the
ventilation during cooking at any power using the
switch on the left of the display.
The hob is divided into zones with diff erent heating.
For quick and high temperature cooking, you can
use the hottest zone 1 placed directly above the
fl ame. Positions 2 and 2 are useful for slow cooking
and for maintaining the temperature.
CAUTION
Carefully place pots and cooking utensils on the
cast iron hob and be careful not to drop water on
live parts.
BAKING
The oven temperature can be set to different
temperatures using the power keys on the display.
It is also possible to disable the ventilation to
increase cooking effi ciency using the switch on the
left of the display.
CAUTION
The time required to reach the oven temperature and
the actual maximum and minimum temperatures
that can be reached, depend on the type and quality
of pellets used.
