3.4.1
Menu: Encoder / Settings
Under the menu option ‘ENCODER/SETTINGS’ you define the main operational state of the encoder.
Here you can set encoding process to ‘On’ or ‘Off’. See Figure 9

Settings:
Description:
Encoder Start:
Stops or starts the encoding process.
Stream Mode:
Specifies the stream mode of the transmitted stream. You can choose
between:
TS (Transport Stream)
TS/VIDEO (Transport Stream Video Only)

May crash the ENC-300. Please use only TS
TS/AUDIO (Transport Stream Audio Only)

May crash the ENC-300. Please use only TS
VES (Video Elementary Stream)
AES (Audio Elementary Stream)
RTMP/RTSP (Real Time Messaging Protocol/Real Time
Streaming Protocol)
Recording (to file, requires an USB stick plugged into the
encoder)
Enable Video Loss
Force the setting Video Loss, even Video Signal is connected.
Video Loss:
If the video input signal is lost, you can choose here a screen which
should streamed out. Following screens are available:
OFF
BLACK
GREY
COLORBAR
If ‘OFF’ is chosen, the encoder stops the streaming when the video
input is lost. The ‘VideoLoss’ function is supported for SDI signals and
analogue video signals.
