If the Connection Status displays 

The router has obtained a valid IP address but cannot access the 

Internet. Please try the solutions below one by one

, try to solve the problem as follows: 

1. Verify that you select the correct connection type. Refer to 

select your connection type

 for details. 

2. Click 

Clone MAC address

, or refer to 

Clone MAC

. 

3. Try to log in to the router’s user Interface on another computer. 

4. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for help.
