and video applications. This menu is to set the interpacket delay variance. The unit
is in ms.
STEP 1
Select ‘2: Jitter Delay’ to set the Jitter Delay.

Press ‘OK’ button to proceed to the
next step.

Press ‘Cancel’ key to move to the
upper menu.
STEP 2 User can enter the Jitter delay value for each codec. The default Jitter
delay for each codec is as follows.
G.711a [60]
G.711m [60]
G.723 [120]
G.724 [80]
For instance, let’s try to set the jitter delay for G711a. Select ‘1: G711a’
to set the Jitter delay for G.711a.

Enter the maximum Jitter delay for G711a.
