4.5 Shutdown 

Prior to shutdown of the analyzer or performing service on the 

reactor, flush D. I. water through all sample and reagent lines for at least 
30 minutes to clean all tubing. 

 

CAUTION:   FAILURE TO OBSERVE ADEQUATE FLUSHING 

COULD RESULT IN HARMFUL ACID BURNS AND/OR 
A REACTOR CLOG.
