The Teledyne Analytical Instruments Model 3020M Trace Oxygen
Analyzer is a versatile microprocessor-based instrument for detecting
oxygen in a variety of gases. This manual covers two versions of the
ATEX/IECEx certified explosion-proof, bulkhead-mount Model 3020M
Percent Oxygen Analyzer: the standard 0-5% version and 0-1% version.
