rising edge of CKIO and some on the falling edge of CKIO. The qualifiers
latched on the rising edge of CKIO are:
L_BS~, L_RAS~, L_CAS~ and DL_STAT
The qualifiers latched on the falling edge of CKIO are:
DL_RASD~, DL_CASD~ and DL_WER~
The
TMS 440
has four modes of acquisition clocking. There is one select field
with the following label:
Memory Type:
that will contain the following selections:
DRAM/PSRAM/NORMAL

Cycles from those memories are acquired.
(default)
SDRAM/NORMAL

Cycles from those memories are acquired.
EDODRAM/NORMAL
1
Cycles from those memories are acquired.
A2–DRAM/
A3–EDODRAM/NORMAL

Cycles from Physical area2 – DRAM
and area3 – EDODRAM are acquired.
