:SOURce:VIDeo3:PEDestal(?)
Use this command to set or query the amplitude of the pedestal portion of the
video signal on the specified channel. The 3 the command represents the
channel. You can specify channel 1, 2, or 3. If you do not specify a channel the
command, the instrument assumes channel 1.
This command controls the pedestal amplitude for each channel separately, when
applicable. Units are millivolts.
