Connect a 10X probe to the test oscilloscope and connect the probe tip

to the 2245A PROBE ADJUST output.

CHECK—For a 0.5 V ( ± 2% into 1 MH) of PROBE ADJUST squarewave

signal (square-wave period is typically 1 ms, within 25 %).

N O T E

Remember to take In to account the oscilloscope and probe

specifications when determining the accuracy of the

PROBE ADJUST square wave signal.
