Steam cooking with the Steambox System accessory
To steam cook with the Steambox System ac-
cessory:
• Preheat the empty oven at 150ºC for 10
minutes.
• Pour 500 ml of water , stock or wine onto the
tray.
• Depending on the food to be cooked, place
the grill or special trays for juicy food over the
tray containing the water, stock or wine and
spread the food out on the trays.
• Put the glass lid on, and place the food in the
oven following the safety instructions.
IMPORTANT
Do not use the glass cover while the grill
burner is in use in gas ovens.
CLEANING
Clean the tray and accessories with warm
soapy water or with a mild detergent.
Take great care when cleaning stainless steel
or painted surfaces. Use only sponges or
cloths that do not scratch.

IMPORTANT
Before placing the food inside the oven, pre-
heat to 150ºC for 10 mins.
The following table shows the cooking process
in relation to the different recipes you may wish
to prepare.
The indications in the cooking table are sug-
gested values and can vary according to the
type, size and age of the food.
Defrosting frozen foods is not recommended
before steam cooking. Cooking time can be
prolonged by approximately 5 minutes.
It is recommended not to cook above 180º.
IMPORTANT
To set the function shown in the table, check
the User’s Guide provided with your oven.
