This instruction manual must be carefully stored and must accompany the machine whenever it changes hands.
It must be handled carefully, with clean hands, and it must not be placed on dirty surfaces.

0.7 INTENDED RECIPIENTS OF THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL
This manual is intended for:
The operator
- understood as the person responsible for operating, adjusting, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance on the machine.
Skilled personnel or skilled operator
- understood as those individuals who have attended specialization courses, training, etc. and have
experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance, repairs, and transport of the machine.
Exposed individuals
- understood as those individuals whose presence inside and/or near a machine is a risk to their own health or safety.
Qualifications of the intended recipient
The machine is intended for professional and not general use and therefore its use may only be entrusted to qualified individuals who, in
particular:

Are legal adults;
2.
Are physically and mentally fit to perform operations of particular technical difficulty;
3.
Have been adequately trained in operating and maintaining the machine;
4.
Are considered by their employer suitable to perform the task they have been assigned;
5.
Are capable of understanding and interpreting the operator manual and safety precautions;
6.
Are knowledgeable of the emergency procedures and how to implement them;
7.
Have the ability to use the specific type of equipment;
8.
Are familiar with the specific applicable regulations;
9.
Have understood the operating procedures defined by the manufacturer of the machine.

MACHINE
: in this manual, machine refers to the hydraulic magnet pursuant to Directive 2006/42/EC.
DANGER ZONE
:
any area inside and/or near a machine in which the presence of a person constitutes a risk to the safety and health of said person

EXPOSED PERSON
:
any person who is found partially or entirely in a danger zone
