DANGER! WORKING VEHICLE FAILURE

Due to possible failures, the safety circuits on the working vehicle can lose their

effectiveness, lowering the level of safety.

Therefore, you must perform periodic checks of the operating conditions of the safety devices on the working vehicle.

DANGER! INSUFFICIENT LIGHTING -

There must be an adequate lighting system in the work areas during normal operation and

during maintenance. The lighting must not create shadow areas that can cause a nuisance or disturbing blinding light.

DANGER! INTENSE MAGNETIC FIELD

Prohibit individuals with pacemakers from passing near the area where

the electromagnet is used.

DANGER! ELECTRIC RISK

The magnet power supply is electric (batteries/electric alternator). Do not open cases or

remove casings. Only authorized and trained personnel can perform those operations.

SAFETY

3.10 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

CAUTION The

hydraulic magnet cannot be used in areas with fumes, smoke, or corrosive or abrasive dust, with risk of fire or

explosion and in areas where the use of explosion-proof equipment is required.

THE MACHINE IS SUITABLE FOR OPERATION IN THE FOLLOWING ENVIRONMENTS:

Altitude not greater than 3000 meters;

Temperature between -20°C and +50°C;

Relative humidity between 30% and 95%.

3

SAFETY

3.10 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

3.10.1 LIGHTING

The lighting in the installation area must be compliant with current legislation in the company where the machine is installed and must ensure good visibility

at each point, ensuring not to create dangerous glare.
Since the equipment does not have its own light source, the work area must be equipped with general lighting to ensure values between 200 and 300 lux at

every point of the machine.

ATTENTION!

The hydraulic magnet must be used in an area with suitable illumination.

3

SAFETY

3.10 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

3.10.2 VIBRATIONS

During operating conditions that are compliant with the instructions for proper use, vibrations will not cause hazardous situations for the operator.

ATTENTION

Excessive vibration can only be the result of a mechanical failure which must be immediately reported and eliminated in order to avoid

jeopardizing the operator's safety and the integrity of the hydraulic magnet.

3

SAFETY

3.10 ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

3.10.3 SOUND EMISSIONS

The continuous weighted sound pressure near the magnet does not exceed 70 dB(a). The maximum c-weighted instantaneous sound pressure near the
hydraulic magnet does not exceed 63 pa (130 dB compared to 20 pa).

Other sound level measurements in the work environment must be made in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in the country of use.

ATTENTION

Refer to the use and maintenance manual for the working vehicle for any personal protective equipment necessary for hearing

protection.
